Before ordering, the client must check if there is slots available on the artist's social networks. If there is not, please wait until the artist adds more slots

To request a commission from the artist or make inquiries, the client can contact the artist's Instagram or Discord direct messages (@iluminaughter) or also send him a message via email ([email protected])

The prices shown in the table are for REFERENCE ONLY, as the final price will be determined based on the complexity of the piece ordered, after reaching an agreement with the client.

When ordering the piece, the client will be asked to be as clear, specific and detailed as possible to describe their idea (e.g. description of the scene, personality of the characters, etc.), to avoid misunderstandings with the artist.

The client must include in his order as many references (whether images, photos, previous drawings, etc.) as he can bring, so the artist will have a general idea of what will be requested.

The Artist has the right to reject the order if it is uncomfortable or does not comply with the list (“CAN'T DO”) made below.

If the Client has any questions or concerns about what the Artist can do, they should let the Artist know by email or direct message.

Payment methods may vary depending on the area:

Chile: Transfer via Banco Estado

International: Paypal or Ko-fi

It is recommended to pay the full price upfront to begin the work, but alternatively, the payment can be split into two installments (50% in advance and the remaining 50% upon completion of the work).

After the first payment, no refunds will be given.

The client must pay for the artwork once an agreement has been reached with the artist and the artist provides the payment instructions. The artist is not responsible for any payments made in advance without prior notification.

We strongly request that the transaction comment/message include the phrase "Art Commission" so the artist can have a record of it for future reference.

Once the first payment is received, the commission will begin.

During the commission process, the artist will communicate regularly with the client to provide updates on the progress of their order, whether through messages or screenshots of the work in progress.

A total of only 5 changes can be requested during the process:

2 changes during the Sketch, major changes can be made, such as the pose, expressions, or the scene itself.

1 during the Lineart, where minor changes can be requested.

1 at the final color/rendering stage, ONLY color changes will be accepted.

The processing time for the order can be approximately 1 to 2 weeks, but may be up to a maximum of 1 month from the time the order is placed. We will notify you in advance if any unforeseen circumstances require additional time

If the client needed the piece by a specific date, please let the artist know in advance so they can make the necessary arrangements.

Once the piece is finished, if payment in installments has been chosen, the artist will request the remaining portion of the payment, as the final piece will not be delivered until the client pays for it.

Deliveries are made via Email, to avoid loss of quality of the piece.

The provided materials are for PERSONAL USE only; their use for commercial purposes, improper use for the creation of non-fungible tokens (NFT) , or for training Artificial Intelligence models is strictly prohibited.

The final files will be provided in both .jpg and .png formats, depending on the type of project; unless specifically requested, editable files will not be provided.

The artist will generally post the commissioned artwork on their social media, but if you prefer to keep it private, please let the artist know. We will also ask you about this preference during the final order confirmation.

If the client intends to publish their commissioned artwork on social media or use it for digital content that is not directly monetized, they must give credit to the artist for their work.

We recommend reading the terms and conditions before placing your order, as by placing the order, you will agree to all of them.

Antes de pedir, el cliente debe fijarse si hay cupo disponible en las redes sociales del artista, en caso de no haber, por favor, espere hasta que el artista agregue mas cupos.

Para pedir un encargo al artista o hacer consultas, el cliente puede acercarse a los mensajes directos de Instagram o Discord del artista (@iluminaughter) o también, enviarle un mensaje por correo electrónico ([email protected])

Los precios de la tabla son REFERENCIALES, pues se determinará un precio según la complejidad de la pieza pedida, llegando a un acuerdo con el cliente.

Al pedir la pieza, se le pedirá al cliente que sea lo más claro, específico y detallado posible para describir su idea (ej. Descripción de la escena, personalidad de los personajes, etc), para evitar malentendidos con el artista.

El cliente debe incluir en su pedido cuantas referencias (sea imagenes, fotos, dibujos anteriores, etc) que este pueda traer, asi el artista tendrá una idea general de lo que se pedirá.

El Artista tiene derecho de rechazar el pedido si a este le incomoda o incumpla con la lista de (“NO HAGO”) realizada más adelante.

Si el Cliente tiene dudas o preguntas de qué puede hacer el Artista, debe hacerle saber mediante correo o mensaje directo.

Los métodos de pagos pueden variar dependiendo de la zona:

Chile: Transferencia por Banco Estado

Internacional: Paypal o Ko-fi

Es recomendable pagar el total del precio para comenzar con el trabajo, no obstante, tambien se puede dividir el pago en 2 partes (50% por abono de adelantado antes de comenzar y el otro 50% al terminar la comisión)

Luego del primer pago, no hay reembolsos.

El cliente debe pagar por la pieza una vez llegue a un acuerdo con el artista y este le pase las indicaciones de pago, cualquier pago por adelantado sin avisar, el Artista está exento de toda responsabilidad.

Se pide encarecidamente que el comentario/mensaje de la transacción incluye la frase “Comisión de Arte”, así el artista puede tener registrado en caso de cualquier asunto.

Una vez llegada la primeratransacción, se comenzará con la comisión.

Durante la comisión, el artista se comunicara constantemente con el cliente para entregar avances de su pedido, ya sean mensajes de aviso o capturas del proceso.

Se podrán pedir solo 5 cambios en total durante el proceso:

2 durante el Sketch, el cual se pueden hacer cambios mayores, como pose, expresiones o la escena.

1 durante el Lineart, donde se pueden pedir cambios mínimos.

1 en el color/render/etapa final, SOLO aceptando cambios en el color.

El Periodo de tiempo para la realización del pedido puede aproximarse 1 a 2 semanas, hasta máximo de 1 mes* desde el inicio del encargo, de todas maneras se avisara de antemano si se necesita más tiempo en caso de cualquier percance.

En caso de que el cliente necesite la pieza para una fecha en específico, hágalo saber al artista con antelación para que pueda organizarse los tiempos.

Una vez la pieza esta terminada, si se ha escogido el pago por partes, el artista pedirá la otra parte del pago, pues no se entregara la pieza final hasta que el cliente la pague

Las Entregas se hacen mediante Correo Electrónico, para evitar la pérdida de calidad de la pieza.

Las piezas entregadas son de uso PERSONAL, por lo que estrictamente se prohíbe su uso para comercialización, uso indebido para realización de tokens no fungibles (NFT) o uso de la pieza para entrenamiento para modelos de Inteligencia Artificial

Las piezas entregadas seran tanto el archivo .jpg como .png, dependiendo del tipo de encargo, a menos que sea necesario, NO se entregaran los archivos editables

Preferiblemente el artista va a publicar las comisiones que realiza en sus redes sociales, pero en caso de que querer mantenerlas en privado, hágalo saber al artista. De todas maneras se le preguntara al cliente durante la entrega final del pedido.

Si el Cliente va a publicar su comisión ya sea en sus redes sociales o usarlo para contenido digital no directamente monetizable, debe darle créditos al artista por su trabajo.

Se recomienda leer los términos antes de pedir, pues al hacer el pedido, aceptarás a todos estos.
